PAYMENT POLICIES

  • Tuition and Home Stay fees must be paid to the cashier within the first three days of the session. Please save your receipt.
  • Cash: The Colegio de Español y Cultura Mexicana can only accept Mexican Pesos upon arrival. The exchange rate will be taken from the US Dollar sale published rate by the Mexican IRS on the day of the payment.
  • For very small amounts please use charges to CREDIT CARD.
  • Wire Transfer payment should be made for the exact amount of the invoice (no bank commission charges will be applied)
  • Let us know ASAP when you make the wire transfer or sent the check to us, in order to keep our accounting files updated.
  • Any refunds are made according to CECM´s refund policies and they will be made in USD to the institution through wire transfer.

Refund Policies:

  • A 100% refund is made only if the CECM cancels the group.
  • No refund is given when the student cancels his or her course.
